When I came home from the hospital last week, a friend offered to bring my family dinner. I was expecting a nice non-SCD dinner that the rest of the family could eat, and was pleasantly surprised when she brought three delicious items off of the website that we could all eat! She brought one of my favorite main dishes, Thai Chicken and Vegetables, some legal jello with banana slices, and these yummy cinnamon cookies. All so delicious! To store the cookies, I love this type of container. They are great for storing leftovers, because they keep things tightly sealed and fresh (and I like that they are glass so the food isn't absorbing any chemicals from plastic when I re-heat main dish foods.) It feels wonderful to have food made for me sometimes! I didn't realize when I started the website what a nice and easy thing it would be to direct people over to it when they want to make sure I can eat something. That can be really handy for you and for your host or hostess, especially when the holidays roll around! Hope you're having a good Monday! ~Erin
