menu week four
It'll be fun to eat the delicious Apricot-Orange Glazed Chicken Skewers that are broiled quickly and piled on a platter alongside veggies, or whatever else you'd like. Caramelized Onions are so good! Cooking them for a long time brings out all the sweetness, then when you team them up with sliced cheese, tomato and lettuce on a lovely SCD Cheese Roll, you'll have had a very satisfying sandwich! BBQ Chicken Soup is so good and so beautiful. It has a nice flavor of smokey barbecue sauce that really hits the spot, and it's all done in the crock pot. Pork Carnitas Tacos are made with cubes of pork cooked with good things until they're crispy and tender. We wrap the meat in lettuce with Simple Guacamole for a perfect taco. Salmon lends itself beautifully to a spicy lime marinade. Cook Chili Lime Salmon all together with the veggies on the same sheet pan, then if you have a Yonanas Ice Cream maker, you can top off the meal with your own homemade Pineapple Mango Frozen Whip dessert. And sometimes it's just nice to have a couple salads for your whole dinner! Make our hearty pair, Avocado Egg Salad and Broccoli Slaw with our easy homemade Avocado Oil Mayonnaise on Day 6. Then pull everything together with the yummy Banana Praline Snack Cake, topped attractively with crunchy bits of candy.
